Privacy
This page explains what happens to your details when you register for an event through one of our clients' registration pages. We are Crinkle Cut Digital, and we run the registration service for the organisation hosting the event.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and company.
- Where the event asks for it: mobile number and job title.
- Where the event asks for it: dietary requirements and accessibility needs. These can be sensitive, so we only ask when the host needs them to run the event, and you can leave them blank.
- Details of any guests you register, and answers to any other questions the event asks.
- Your registration status, the emails we send you and whether they were delivered.
Why we collect it
To manage your registration: confirming your place, handling capacity and waitlists, sending confirmations, reminders and changes, and letting the host know who is attending and what they need on the day. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Registrations are stored in a database hosted in Sydney, Australia, and the registration pages and emails are delivered through Cloudflare. The organisation hosting the event keeps its own copy in its Salesforce, which is its system of record. That organisation is responsible for how it uses your details after you register.
How long we keep it
We keep a full history of registrations as a backup. We delete a person's records when they ask us to, and we delete everything for an organisation when it stops using the service.
Cancelling or deleting your details
You can cancel your registration from the link in your confirmation email. To have your details deleted, contact us through the Crinkle Cut Digital website, with the email address you registered with, and tell us which event. We delete the records we hold. We cannot delete data held in the host's own Salesforce, so please also contact the host if you want it removed there.
